Synergus is hiring in Russia (home-based, part or full time)
Synergus is looking for talented people with medical or pharmaceutical background to expand its analytical team. Necessary training will be provided upon entry to the position.
Positions include:
- Health technology assessment analyst
o Primary responsibility is monthly review of published HTAs for medical devices and in-vitro diagnostics, entry of information to internal database, editing and classifying records, development of analytical reports, based on the information in the database
- Editor of health care system reports
o Primary responsibility is supervision of development, editing of internal descriptions of health care and reimbursement systems of different European countries
- Ontology analyst
o Primary responsibility is development of internal ontology (classification) of medical procedures, mapping internal ontology to classifications of different European countries
- Clinical coder
o Primary responsibility is reimbursement analysis (procedure and diagnosis coding, analysis using DRG grouper)
- Health economist
o Development of health economic models
- Systematic literature reviewer
o Development of systematic literature reviews and value documentation
Requirements:
- Medical or pharmaceutical background
- Good writing and reading English
- Moderate English speaking ability
- Background is Public Health is a benefit
- Understanding of DRG principles is a benefit
- Analytical mindset
- Attention to details
- Ability to work independently
